Refund policy

Every Marathi Swag product is made especially for you after your order is placed. As we follow a made-to-order production model, we do not keep ready inventory and therefore cannot offer general returns or exchanges for size, fit, colour preference or change of mind.

We request you to please review the Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Size & Fit

Please select your size carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for size or fit-related issues resulting from an incorrect size selection by the customer.

We recommend comparing the measurements provided in our Size Guide with a T-shirt or garment you already own and are comfortable wearing.

Once an order has been placed and moved into production, the selected size cannot be changed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled because the product is made specifically for the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product reaches you damaged, defective or with a manufacturing or printing defect, we will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement.

Please contact Marathi Swag Customer Support within 7 days of delivery and share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product
  • A photograph of the outer packaging, where relevant
  • A brief description of the issue

Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the same product in the same size at no additional cost.

If the same product is unavailable for replacement, we may offer an appropriate alternative or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Wrong Product or Wrong Size Received

If Marathi Swag sends you a product or size different from what was confirmed in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Returns and Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Fit-related concerns
  • Change of mind
  • Colour preference
  • Ordering the wrong product or design
  • Minor variations in print placement or colour
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers

Where a verified issue cannot reasonably be resolved through a replacement, Marathi Swag may provide a refund or another appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances.

Colour & Print Variations

Actual product colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in display settings, photography and lighting.

Since our products are individually produced and printed, there may also be minor variations in:

  • Print colour
  • Print placement
  • Print positioning
  • Print scale

These minor variations are a natural part of the production process and will not be considered defects.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be provided for a verified damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered product, or an order fulfilled incorrectly by Marathi Swag.

Where a return of the original product is required before a replacement can be processed, Marathi Swag will provide the relevant instructions.

Products may not be eligible for replacement if the damage is found to have occurred due to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Use or wear after delivery
  • Washing
  • Ironing
  • Alteration
  • Improper handling
  • Damage caused after delivery

Marathi Swag reserves the right to assess and verify all claims before approving a replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages

If the package appears visibly torn, opened or severely damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend documenting the condition of the package and contacting us as soon as possible.

If you notice damage after opening the package, please retain the original packaging and contact us with clear photographs of both the packaging and product.
